Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of the 9xBooked website and services. 9xBooked is owned and operated by Cognitive Reach Labs Inc.
1. Who We Are
9xBooked is a brand owned and operated by Cognitive Reach Labs Inc. ("we", "us"). Any agreement for services is entered into with Cognitive Reach Labs Inc.
2. Services
We provide Meta advertising services — strategy, funnel optimization, creative production, campaign management, and reporting — for cleaning businesses. The exact scope, fees, and term of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.
3. Guarantee
Every engagement comes with a guarantee of additional revenue, sized to your business during a free audit call and confirmed in writing before you commit. The guarantee is conditional on the terms stated in that written agreement, including timely provision of access, budget, and follow-up on the leads we deliver.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for your ad account access and ad spend, for responding to leads, for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for compliance with laws applicable to your business.
5. Results & No Warranty
Case studies, calculator outputs, and figures shown on this site are examples based on past campaigns and reasonable assumptions. They are illustrative and not a promise of specific results outside a signed agreement.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and ad-spend arrangements are defined in your agreement. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our fees unless stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
Site content, brand assets, and campaign materials we produce remain our property until fully paid for, after which rights to the delivered creative transfer to you as set out in your agreement.
8. Privacy
Information you submit through forms on this site is used only to contact you about working with us. We do not sell your data.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one.
