9xBooked (“we”, “us”) runs this website at 9xbooked.com and provides Meta advertising services to home service businesses in the United States. This policy covers the information collected through the site, its forms, and its booking flow — not information collected once you become a client, which is covered by your written agreement.

We collect information directly from you when you:

• Book a call — your name, email, phone number, and answers to a few qualifying questions (business type, revenue range, and similar), which are used to prepare the call and passed to our scheduler, Calendly, to book your time slot.
• Fill in the client onboarding form — business name, contact details, business address, website and social links, service details, and anything else the form asks for, so we can build your campaign.
• Email or message us — whatever you choose to send, including to hello@9xbooked.com or on Instagram.

Like most websites, we collect some technical information automatically when you visit — pages viewed, general device and browser type, and referring page. Where analytics is active, this is handled through Google Analytics (GA4), which uses cookies and similar technology and has its own privacy practices. We don’t use this information to identify you personally.

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services that make the site and booking flow work:

• Calendly — to schedule and manage your call.
• Resend and FormSubmit — to deliver form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google Analytics — for aggregate site analytics, where active.
• Vercel — our hosting provider, which processes standard web traffic to serve the site.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you arrive here by clicking one of our ads, Meta collects information about that under its own privacy policy, separate from ours.

We don’t hand your information to other advertisers or resell it to lead marketplaces — the same commitment we make to our clients about their own customers' leads.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare for and hold your audit call, build and run your campaign if you become a client, and keep the site running securely. We don’t use form submissions for unrelated marketing you didn’t ask for.

We keep enquiry and onboarding information for as long as it's useful for the purposes above — generally the length of any client relationship plus a reasonable period after, for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete it sooner; see Section 8.

The site itself doesn’t set tracking cookies. Where Google Analytics is active, it sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors — you can block these through your browser settings or an ad-blocker without affecting the site's core functionality.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@9xbooked.com. We'll respond and act on reasonable requests without unnecessary delay.

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, dated above.
